History:
Son of former Commander Cory "Windguard" Wagner, he is the second generation in his family that has followed a military career. Following on his father's footsteps he lead the clan his father founded in 29475.

Early in his life he was bitter because of the loss of his mother who was killed during the peaceful protests in Tir that is disrupted when Omni-Tek forces fire at the crowds (August 27 29461). Hundreds are wounded and killed, and many of the victims lack insurance, her among them.

With the 3rd rubikan war his father was called on and had to leave young Wind in Tir. Apart from his father he had little guidance and was often in company of thugs and young clanners who was driven by vengeance against Omni-Tek.

When the war ended his father sent him offworld to learn the meaning of discipline. Many years later he was called back to Rubi-Ka to find his only parent dying of an illness that could not be cured at the time (he later was cured but unfit for combat thus unable to lead).

Having no choice but to take lead of his father's clan he did his best to take the mantle of Commander. His leadership was been troubled, with betrayals and blackmail forcing him twice to disband Mercury Dragons Clan.

During the first years of leadership he helped with the formation of the CoT Clerical Staff and became one of it's first members. The Clerical Staff with the support of Henry Radiman, it's former speaker worked on the reformation of a new Council of Truth (which to this day still exists).

For 3 years he lead the clan, more focused and stronger than ever. He has learned from his mistakes, and his enlightenment in the Shadowlands has made his mind more open to non-linear ways of thought.

In September of 29480 he stepped down as leader and Commander of MD - Special Ops and passed leadership to his cousin "Windkeeper". Soon after MDSO folded.

For the past few years he has been an officer in Infinity Clan.

Recently he has been sighted at "The Happy Rebel" in Tir speaking to old acquaintances and word in the streets is that he has reformed his old clan, Mercury Dragons and that he is currently recruiting.

Personality: Before Enlightenment he was cold at times, distanced himself from getting attached to anyone. Revenge for his parents death was always in his mind (he blamed Omni-Tek). Was willing to sacrifice almost anything to achieve a goal. Hated reporters and the media overall.

After Enlightenment he became warmer to others, more friendly. Has let go of his anger over his parents passing. Willing to accept losing within reason to achieve a goal. More sympathetic to reporters.

Recently after reforming his old clan, Mercury Dragons he seem to be a hardened man. Those who know him well are aware the attitude come with the position of leadership, where strength must be shown.

Favorites for: He appreciates loyalty, hard work, initiative and respects even an enemy if they are honorable.

Dislikes: Dishonorable people, liars, some reporters and media sources who speak ill of the clans overall.
